The staff were super friendly and helped me with all my requests. The room was spacious and clean.

breakfast options were quite limited.

The accommodation had a central location close to the Dartford tunnel. Plus, it was near the nice shopping centre, and lakeside.

The room was airy and accommodating, included with other lighting as well as working desk. Besides, the location was peaceful and easy for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Lakeside Shopping Centre.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the bar area. The staff helped me with local spots on my first stay and were friendly throughout. I'll definitely return for Christmas!

We stayed overnight after attending a wedding there.

I felt that there was not enough staff available so the staff there were under incredible pressure although were trying their best !!! the showers were very poor.

Convenient location. Good parking. Clean. Fairtrade refreshments in room. Nice breakfast with good choice.

Not enough staff to look after bar area - ie had to disturb staff occupied doing other things in order to get served. All tables had not been cleaned from last visitors. Incoming staff arrived on shift and apologised for untidiness and commenced operation tidy bar area.

The stay was pleasant with a clean and spacious room that felt very welcoming. I particularly appreciated the on-site bar and the breakfast options available. The staff were helpful, sharing great local spots to explore nearby. It was an easy setup for my business trip, and the location made it convenient to get around the area.

The public areas had their own special charm, public toilets and the sanitary facilities in the room were clean, the hotel was kept very quiet and relaxing. Parking possibilities were very generous. The hotel provided security regarding the location.

Furniture in the room was of poor quality, the room was getting old and needed renovation, the furniture needed to be replaced. The bathroom on the other hand was neat and clean.

I had a clean and spacious standard single room. I felt right at home. The location was convenient for exploring local shops.

The breakfast was successful and rich.

We were on the road with 3 children (9,8 and 7). The children's room was in a different wing and on a different floor, so that we parents then split up, as we thought this was unreasonable for the children. . The creaking floorboards, which radiated a certain charm, but even for the adults it was impossible to move quietly.

The service of the staff was excellent, especially during breakfast. We were at the hotel for a wedding & it was a lovely set up with huge outdoor area.

Unfortunately there is no facility to use a debit / credit card for drinks or to put the cost of drinks on the room. Luckily we had taken a lot of cash for the evening.

Comfortable, Convenient, Cozy

The room was perfectly cozy and clean, giving me a restful environment to unwind. Plus, the location is a shopper's dream, just minutes from amazing shopping centers!

I enjoyed my stay,the staff were very polite and friendly. We visited the lounge and enjoyed a drink the room was delightful and it was nice to relax there. we found the blinds in the bathroom were broken andafforded

We found the traffic during the night was very noisy due to the motor ways. We felt the windows could have been more insulated as we could feel a draft through them. The blinds in the bathroom were broken and afforded no privacy. .

we have no complaints everything was fine nice staff and good value rooms were very nice
